Director/PDMR Transactions
Onward Opportunities Limited (AIM: ONWD), the investment company targeting opportunities in smaller companies within the UK, announces that it has today been notified that Laurence Hulse, Investment Director of Dowgate Wealth Limited (the "Portfolio Manager") and a PDMR of the Company, has today sold and repurchased 53,000 Ordinary Shares as a "Bed and ISA" transaction ("the Transfer").
In order to effect the Transfer, Laurence Hulse sold 53,000 ordinary shares of nil par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 106 pence per Ordinary Share from his Broker Dealing Account and then repurchased into his Broker Individual Savings Account (ISA) the same number of 53,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 106.06 pence per Ordinary Share.
There has been no change in beneficial ownership as a result of the Transfer. Following the Transfer Laurence Hulse remains interested in a total of 100,005 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.62% of the Company's issued share capital.
