Armour Group PLC19 January 2006 ARMOUR GROUP PLC SIGNIFICANT ORDER FROM BMW AG Armour Group plc's ("Armour") subsidiary Armour Automotive, has received afurther order from Bayerische Motoren Werke Aktiengesellschaft ("BMW AG") tosupply its unique rear seat entertainment system designed for the BMW X3 model.The system was developed by Armour's VEBA team working in conjunction with BMWGroup with the first order being completed and delivered in 2005. The value ofthis order is in excess of US$670,000 with deliveries scheduled to start inMarch this year. Commenting on the announcement, George Dexter, Chief Executive said: "We are delighted to secure this new order from BMW, which underlines theCompany's expertise in providing in-car audio visual entertainment systems tothe automotive sector".
