Ondo InsurTech Plc (LON: ONDO) - the insurtech company which aims to be the leading provider of claims prevention technology for home insurers - announces that it has been notified that on 8th August 2022 Helen Lonsdale, Partnerships Director of the Company, purchased 130,823 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.45 pence per Ordinary Share.
The notification below, which are made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details.
