Further to the RNS released on 26th September 2022, Ondo InsurTech Plc (LON: ONDO) confirms the revised year end date and arrangements.

Ondo advises that the permitted period for publication of its audited results is four months from end of the applicable period so that is until 31 July 2023, with the AGM to be held on or before 30 September 2023. In order to accommodate the significant post-period items into the narrative and to present the most comprehensive picture to investors, the results are now expected to be released on or before 31 July 2023. A Notice of AGM will be published on or around the same date.
