Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Oncimmune makes the following disclosure with respect to the share capital and voting rights of the Company.
As at 31 December 2020, the Company's issued share capital was 63,662,446 ordinary shares of £0.01 each with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
The above figure of 63,662,446 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
