Exercise of Options

Oncimmune Holdings plc (AIM: ONC.L), the leading global immunodiagnostics group, today announces that on 25 June 2020, 10,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were issued and allotted pursuant to the exercise of share options by certain employees of the Company under the 2016 Share Option Plan at an exercise price of £0.8296 per Ordinary Share.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 10,000 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8:00 am on or around the 3 July 2020.

The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 63,510,047 Ordinary Shares all with voting rights. The above figure of 63,510,047 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

This trial demonstrated that EarlyCDT Lung reduced the incidence of patients with late-stage lung cancer or unclassified presentation at diagnosis, compared to standard clinical practice.
