One Media (AIM: OMIP), the digital media content owner and manager which specialises in the active monetisation of music and video intellectual property rights, together with copyright protection technology, announces that it has been notified on 29 March 2023 that Michael Infante, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 83,514 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 5.97 pence per share on 29 March 2023.
Following the above transaction, Mr Infante holds 26,228,177 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 11.79 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
