Board Change
One Media today announces that Scott Cohen, Non-Executive Director, has given notice that he will be stepping down from his role on the Board of Directors, with effect from the time the results for the year ended 31 October 2018 are announced, to pursue other interests.
The Company intends to appoint a new Non-Executive Director as soon as is practicable and further announcements will be made as appropriate.
Ivan Dunleavy, Chairman of the Company, said:
“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Scott for his contribution to the Company over the years. Scott joined the Company in 2007 and has been a great advocate for OMiP. It has been a privilege to work with him and to have had him on board as part of the One Media journey. We wish him every success in any new role he takes up in the future.”
