Grant of Option - Correction
The following announcement replaces RNS 1160N, and includes the correct exercise price per share of 23.42p.
OMG plc (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries, announces that on 10th February 2009, following the recommendation of the Company's remuneration committee, David Deacon (Group Finance Director) was granted an option under the Company's 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme, and the 2000 Unapproved Option Scheme as follows:
