Non-Executive Board Changes

2 June 2025 - Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG) the smart sensing and software company servicing life sciences, entertainment, engineering and smart manufacturing markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Margaret Amos as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Paul Taylor will be retiring from the Board on June 30th and Margaret will, from July 1st take over as Head of Audit Committee and become a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Margaret brings over 27 years' executive experience, the majority of which were at Rolls Royce, where she held senior leadership positions including Finance Director. Margaret has over 10 years' non-executive Board experience with global FTSE 250 companies including Hunting plc, Volution plc and Tyman plc. Margaret brings strong expertise in M&A, international growth, turnarounds and transformation and has held senior independent, audit, remuneration and ESG Chair positions.

In accordance with paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules, Margaret Mary Amos, aged 55, holds or has held in the past 5 years the following directorships and partnerships:

* Margaret Amos was a Non-Executive Director of NMCN Plc, appointed on 12 December 2018. On 15 October 2021, the Company appointed an administrator and Margaret Amos resigned from NMCN plc, which subsequently received an order of court to wind up the company. NMCN Plc appointed a liquidator on 21 October 2024 and liquidation is ongoing at the time of this disclosure.

Margaret Amos has confirmed that there are no further disclosures to be made under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
