OMG plc

("OMG" or the "Group")

Issue of Equity

OMG plc, (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing image understanding products for the entertainment, defence, life science and engineering industries has today agreed to issue 769,795 new Ordinary Shares to Bartle Bogle Hegarty ("BBH").

As announced in the Group's Interim Results on 19 May 2011, OMG has entered in to a strategic partnership with BBH, one of the world's most respected advertising agencies. The partnership will see BBH play a lead role in assisting the development of OMG Life - the Group's recently announced direct-to-consumer division - both through branding and marketing support as well as product development, testing and targeting.

OMG is pleased that BBH has elected to receive part of its remuneration for this activity in the form of OMG shares. Accordingly, application will be made for the 769,795 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with admission expected to become effective on 2 August 2011.

Commenting, OMG Chief Executive Officer Nick Bolton said:

"Over the years, OMG has worked hard to look at opportunities in a wide range of markets where imaging technology can either solve a tough problem or open up new avenues for invention and research. OMG Life is a natural extension of this strategy, applying our technology to the everyday lives of consumers. BBH will make an excellent partner in this process. They not only bring a great deal of experience and support to the process but, as today's announcement shows, they also share in our vision and believe in our product."

Neil Munn, BBH Partner, said:

"We believe in OMG the company, as well as OMG the technology. This is why we are working with them as shareholders and brand builders at the same time. We look forward to applying our strategic and creative skills to the products within OMG Life and supporting the management team on its growth journey."
