OMG plc was yesterday informed that on 25 February 2011, Julian Morris, Deputy Chairman of the Company, sold 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 41.25p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Morris is beneficially interested in 9,459,320 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.4 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
