OMG plc was informed on 21 December 2011 that on that date Jonathon Reeve, a director of the Company, purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 19.975p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Reeve is beneficially interested in 31,475 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
