OMG plc was notified on 13 December 2011 that on that date Anthony Simonds-Gooding, Chairman of the Company, exercised options over 65,000 ordinary shares of 0.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of 6.5p each. Following this transaction, Mr Simonds-Gooding is the beneficial owner of 519,054 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.73 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Application will today be made for 65,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and Admission is expected to occur on 20 December 2011. Following Admission, the Company will have 71,413,399 Ordinary Shares in issue.
