Oxford Metrics plc (LSE: OMG), the international software company servicing government, life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets announces that David Quantrell, a Non-Executive Director, has purchased a total of 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company (the "Transaction")
Following the Transaction, David Quantrell will have a beneficial interest in 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.04 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company.
