Sterling Conversion Rate for Dividend

Omega Insurance Holdings Limited ("Omega") previously declared an Interim Dividend of US$0.06 per common share ("Interim Dividend"). The Interim Dividend, announced on 27 August 2009, will be payable on 28 October 2009 to those shareholders on the register as at 2 October 2009.

For those shareholders who have elected to receive their dividend in Pounds Sterling, the dividend will be 3.775 pence per share based upon the exchange rate of US$1.5894 = £1 on 2 October 2009.
