Origin completes the acquisition of Bunn

Origin Enterprises plc, the Agri-Services Group ('Origin' or the 'Group'), is pleased to announce today the completion of the acquisition of the fertiliser activities and certain assets of Bunn Fertiliser Limited ('Bunn').
The Competition and Markets Authority has agreed to Origin holding the Bunn site at Montrose, Scotland separately, having agreed in principle to Origin ultimately divesting this site to obtain UK merger clearance.
