Following the disposal of proxy voting rights attaching to 1,207,739 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company and the disposal of 238,913 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company, F&C Management Limited is now the holder of 9,931,682 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 7.9% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
