Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or the 'Company') has received notification on 30 March 2015 from Artemis Investment Management LLP of an increase in its shareholding in the Company. Following a purchase of 2,624,165 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the Company on 25 March 2015 at a price of €8.25 per ordinary share, Artemis Investment Management LLP is now the holder of 4,496,165 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in Origin. This holding represents approximately 3.6% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
