Non-Executive Directorate Changes / Director's Shareholding

Origin Enterprises plc ("Origin") announces that the appointment of Ms. Kate Allum, Mr. Gary Britton, Ms. Rose Hynes and Dr. Christopher Richards as Non-Executive Directors of the Board of Origin has taken effect today, 1 October 2015.

All details that are required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM and ESM Rules were given in the related announcements on 23 September 2015 and 28 September 2015.

Origin also announces that following a purchase made on 29 September 2015, Ms. Rose Hynes holds interests in 3,875 Ordinary Shares of Origin, representing approximately 0.003% of the Company's issued share capital, excluding treasury shares.
