Origin Enterprises plc, the Agri-Services Group ("Origin" or "the Group") announces the appointment of Ms Imelda Hurley to the Board of Directors with effect from 1 August 2014. Ms Hurley joined the Group in July 2014 as Chief Financial Officer designate from PCH International Holdings.

Ms Hurley does not currently hold any other directorships. Details of all former directorships held within the past five years are set out at the end of this announcement. Ms Hurley does not hold any shares in Origin or in its 68.1% shareholder, ARYZTA AG.

Mr Brendan Fitzgerald resigned as a director of the Group on 31 July 2014.

There are no further details that are required to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM and ESM Rules.
