Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Ms Pam Powell joins Origin Board as an independent Director
22 March 2023 | Origin Enterprises plc ('Origin' or 'the Group'), the international Agronomy-Services Group providing specialist advice, inputs and digital solutions to promote sustainable land use, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Pamela Powell to the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director, with effect from 3 April 2023.
Pam (59) has a wealth of international executive experience, having spent 20 years in senior roles at Unilever and SABMiller, the latter as Group Director of Strategy and Innovation. She is currently a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee of Cranswick plc. She has previously held a number of other directorships in the UK food, beverage and farming industries, including at Premier Foods plc and A.G. Barr plc. Pam has also served on the boards of a number of education and arts charities and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
