BOARD & EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CHANGES
Oilex Ltd (ASX:OEX, AIM:OEX) announces that Finance Director and Company Secretary Mr Ben Clube has resigned from his positions with the Company.
The Chairman of Oilex Ltd, Mr Max Cozijn, commented "Ben has made a significant contribution in his four years with the Company and we wish him well in his future endeavours."
Ben's resignation will take effect from 14 September 2012. Mr David Peterson will be appointed Company Secretary from this date and the finance, commercial and administrative functions will continue to be managed by the existing Financial Controller and the finance and commercial teams while a suitable replacement is recruited.
