Octagonal plc was informed yesterday that on that date, Martin Davison, Non-Executive Director, purchased a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.05p each in the Company ("Shares"): 1,000,000 Shares at 1.9 pence per Share, and 1,000,000 Shares at 1.95 pence per Share.
Accordingly Mr Davison now holds 15,015,000 Shares, representing a holding of 2.68% of the Company's issued share capital.
