Dividend Declaration
On 16 June 2025, the Board of Ocean Wilsons Holding Limited (the "Company") approved a cash dividend of US 59 cents per ordinary share, to be paid on 18 July 2025.
The dividend timetable is as set out below:

Payment date: | 18 July 2025 |
Where shareholders elect not to receive dividends in US Dollars, the Company will translate the US Dollar amount into sterling at the closing GBP / USD exchange rate on 27 June 2025.
