Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces that it has received notification the following transaction relating to ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") took place on 3 April 2013:

Mr. Jose Francisco Gouvêa Vieira a Director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited purchased 5,000 shares at GBP 11.44p per Ordinary Share

Following this transaction, Mr. Jose Francisco Gouvêa Vieira total beneficial holding in the Company is 151,600 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.429 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share Capital.

The notification of these transactions is to satisfy the Company's obligations under the Financial Services Authority Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.2 to 3.1.4.
