Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited announces Board changes

Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited (the "Company" or "Ocean Wilsons") announces that Keith Middleton is retiring as finance director of Ocean Wilsons Holdings Limited to be effective from 26 March 2021. Keith joined the Company in March 1996 and was appointed to the Board in 1998. The Board would like to thank Mr Middleton for his twenty-five years of dedicated service to the Company. José Francisco Gouvêa Vieira, Chairman of Ocean Wilsons, commented "The Board and management team have enjoyed working with Keith and we thank him for his significant contribution to the Company as finance director. He leaves with our very best wishes for the future."

The Board is pleased to announce that his successor, Mrs. Leslie Rans, is appointed as Chief Operating and Financial Officer effective 1 January 2021. Mrs. Rans has previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at both Digicel Bermuda and BAS Limited. Prior to these roles, she was Chief Financial Officer for One Communications Ltd. (formerly KeyTech Limited) for fifteen years. Mrs. Rans' experience spans multiple industries, including telecommunications, IT, facilities management, banking, and fund administration.

Mr. Gouvêa Vieira commented: "It is with great pleasure that we welcome Leslie Rans to the Company. Keith and Leslie will be working together during the handover period to ensure a smooth transition of his responsibilities."

Ocean Wilsons also announces the retirement of Mr Colin Maltby, an independent non-executive director, effective 1 January 2021. 1 January marks the eighth anniversary of Mr Maltby's appointment to the Board of the Company. Mr Gouvêa Vieira commented "On behalf of your Board I would like to acknowledge and express our gratitude for his valued contribution to the Company."
