Increase in estimated NAV per share

Oakley Capital Investments Limited (AIM:OCL, OCIL), the AIM-listed company established to provide investors with access to the investment strategy being pursued by Oakley Capital Private Equity L.P. announces that, following the disposal by the Limited Partnership of Host Europe Corporation Limited to Montagu Private Equity for a consideration of £222 million, the Net Asset Value per share is estimated to be in the range of 152p to 154p, up from a Net Asset Value per share of 146p as at 30 June 2010.
