TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

London, 4 September 2018: Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD) (the "Company")

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company notifies the market that as at 31 August 2018, the Company's total issued share capital consisted of 92,201,306 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 92,201,306.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
