Publication of 2023 Annual Report

22 February 2024 - Oxford BioDynamics Plc (AIM: OBD, the "Company"), a biotechnology company developing precision medicine tests based on the EpiSwitch® 3D genomics platform, announces that its annual report and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 ("Annual Report") is available in electronic form on its website at www.oxfordbiodynamics.com/investors/financial-results. Hard copies of the report (incorporating the Notice of Annual General Meeting) will be posted to shareholders shortly.

As stated in the preliminary results announcement on 17 January 2024, the Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 3140 Rowan Place, John Smith Drive, Oxford Business Park South, Oxford, OX4 2WB, UK on 27 March 2024 at 12.00 pm.
