Director / PDMR shareholding

Online Blockchain announces that Mr Jonathan Mullins, a director of the Company, made an instruction on 20 November 2018 for the transfer of 164,486 ordinary shares in the Company which he holds in a self-invested pension plan, of which he is sole beneficiary, from Suffolk Life to Hargreaves Lansdowne. A further announcement will be made when Mr Mullins has received confirmation that the transfer has been completed.

The above transaction does not affect Mr Mullin's total holding or the number of shares in which he is beneficially interested.
