Director / PDMR shareholding
As previously announced on 21 November 2018, Mr Jonathan Mullins, a director of the Company, gave an instruction on 20 November 2018 for the transfer of 164,486 ordinary shares in the Company which he holds in a self-invested pension plan, of which he is sole beneficiary, from Suffolk Life to Hargreaves Lansdowne. Mr Mullins informed the Company on 6 June 2019 that this transfer has been completed (with effect from 5 June 2019. The above transaction does not affect Mr Mullin's total holding or the number of shares in which he is beneficially interested.
Accordingly, the Company makes the following announcement notification in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation No. 596/2014:
