Directors' Share Dealings
Norcros announces that on 8 January 2009 its Group Chief Executive, Mr Joseph Matthews, purchased 170,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.5 pence per share via his self invested personal pension (SIPP) administered by IPM Pension Trustees. Mr David Hamilton, Director and Company Secretary, also purchased 170,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 6.5 pence per share.
Following these purchases their beneficial interests, including the beneficial holdings of their connected persons, are as follows:
