Directorate Changes

Norcros, the home consumer products group, is pleased to announce that Martin Towers, 58, is to join the Board as an independent Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Martin will become Chairman of the Audit Committee, also with immediate effect. Martin replaces Jamie Stevenson who retired from his positions of Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chairman at today's Annual General Meeting.

Martin is presently a Non-Executive Director of RPC Group plc, KCOM Group plc and Lupus Capital plc. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Spice plc, the utility support services group, and prior to that Group Finance Director of Kelda Group plc, the FTSE 100 water company that incorporated Yorkshire Water, Group Finance Director of Spring Ram Corporation plc, the manufacturer and distributor of home improvement products, and McCarthy and Stone plc, the retirement home developer. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has an economics and accountancy degree from Leeds University.
