Norcros announces that, on 6 August 2019, Nick Kelsall, Group Chief Executive of the Company, acquired an interest in 4,418 ordinary shares of ten pence in the Company ("Shares") when these Shares were bought by his wife, Mrs Susan Kelsall, at a price of 208.5p per Share.
The aggregate numbers of Shares in which Nick Kelsall is interested after this share dealing is 1,400,000 Shares.
