BOARD CHANGE

Les Tench, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee will retire from the Board at the Company's AGM today. Martin Towers will be appointed as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from the retirement of Les Tench. A process to appoint a new Non-Executive Director to the Board has started, and a further announcement will be made in due course.

Commenting on Les's retirement from the Board, John Brown, Chairman, said "Les has been on the Board of Norcros plc since its stock market listing in 2007. During that time, we have valued his broad experience and wise counsel which has helped steer the Group through some challenging times. The Board and I wish him well for the future."
