Admission to trading
Further to the announcement by Norcros plc on 30 November 2009 of the results of General Meeting, the Board of Directors is pleased to announce that admission became effective and dealings in New Ordinary Shares commenced at 8.00am today, 4 December 2009.
Further, the Board of Directors announces that the Share Sub-Division, as described in the Prospectus, became effective on 30 November 2009, upon the passing of the resolution at the Company's General Meeting. The number of 1p Ordinary Shares currently in issue is 577,326,112.
Terms defined in the Prospectus shall have the same meaning in this announcement unless the context otherwise requires. This announcement should be read in conjunction with the full text of the Prospectus.
