Total Voting Rights
Nexteq PLC (the "Company") announces that on 8 July 2024 it purchased 3,363 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 125.7 pence each, to be held in treasury.
Further to the above transaction, the Company advises that its issued share capital stands at 66,539,060 Ordinary Shares, with 141,046 Ordinary Shares held in treasury. Consequently, the total voting rights of the Company is 66,398,014.
The above voting rights figure of 66,398,014 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
