Newmark Security plc (AIM: NWT), a leading provider of electronic and physical security systems, announces that Maurice Dwek, Chairman of the Company, has purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.4p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase, Maurice Dwek has a total beneficial interest in 94,799,467 Ordinary Shares, representing 20.22 per cent of the total issued share capital of the Company.
