NORTHERN VENTURE TRUST PLC (the "Company")
DIVIDEND DECLARATION
The Company announces that the directors have declared a second interim dividend for the year ending 30 September 2008 of 3.0p per share in respect of the Company's ordinary shares and 2.0p per share in respect of the Company's C shares. The dividends will be paid on 10 October 2008 to shareholders on the register on 19 September 2008.
An announcement as to whether any final dividend will be proposed in respect of the ordinary and C shares will be made at the time of publication of the Company's results for the year ending 30 September 2008, which is expected to take place in November 2008.
