Total Voting Rights

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), Numis announces that, as at the date of this announcement, it has 125,038,536 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue. The Company holds 10,671,088 Ordinary Shares in treasury and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.

The figure of 114,367,448 (excluding shares held in treasury) represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Rules.
