In accordance with the RNS released on 5 December 2018, a link to which is also provided below, the Board of Numis announces the formal appointment of Luke Savage, aged 57, as a Non-Executive Director, of Numis and the resignation of Geoffrey Vero, Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
