Board Changes - Non-Executive Directors

Numis, the independent UK investment banking group, announces that Geoffrey Vero, Non-Executive Director has confirmed his intention to step down from the Board at the 2019 Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 5 February 2019.

Geoffrey has been a Non-Executive Director of Numis for 15 years and served as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee for 14 years.

Geoffrey will be succeeded by Luke Savage, aged 57, who will join the Board as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee at the 2019 Annual General Meeting. Luke has over 30 years of experience across the financial services industry, most recently as CFO of Standard Life Plc (2014-2018) and CFO of Lloyd's of London Corporation (2004-2014). In addition, Luke has held senior financial roles at Deutsche Bank (2000-2004) and Morgan Stanley (1990-1999).

Commenting on Geoffrey Vero's retirement and the appointment of Luke Savage, Alan Carruthers, Chairman of Numis, said:
