Northern 2 VCT PLC22 December 2006 Northern 2 VCT PLC TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6,Northern 2 VCT PLC (the "Company") would like to notify the market that thecapital of the Company as at 22 December 2006 consists of 48,489,357 ordinaryshares with a nominal value of 5p each, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 48,489,357 (the"Figure").
