Northern 2 VCT PLC07 April 2008 7 April 2008 NORTHERN 2 VCT PLC ("The Company") ISSUE OF ORDINARY SHARES The Company announces that on 5 April 2008 it allotted to 14 subscribers 285,513ordinary shares of 5p each under the 2007/08 Offer for Subscription. The newOrdinary Shares were issued at a price of 95p per share. Application will be made at the earliest practicable opportunity for theseshares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The issued share capital of the Company is now 56,667,922 Ordinary Shares.
