Director's Dealing and Shareholding
Nostra Terra (AIM:NTOG), the oil and gas exploration and production company with a portfolio of assets in the USA and Egypt, announces that it was informed today that Mr Kristian Ewen Ainsworth, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company performed the following transactions.
On 5 October 2018, Mr Ainsworth sold 350,100 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his own name at a price of 2.90 pence per Ordinary Share, then acquired an interest in 350,100 Ordinary Shares, which are held in his Stocks and Shares ISA in the registered name Mr Kristian Ewen Ainsworth, at a price of 2.91 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the sale and purchase, Mr Ainsworth's total beneficial interest in the issued Ordinary Share capital remains at 3,079,267 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 2.09% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
