Northern 3 VCT PLC28 January 2005 Northern 3 VCT PLC ("The Company") Issue of Shares The Company announces that on 28 January 2005 it issued and allotted to 39subscribers an additional 453,235 ordinary shares of 5p each representingapproximately 1.92 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Companywhich now consists of 23,584,978 ordinary shares. The new shares were issued ata price of 100p per share. Application will be made at the earliest practicableopportunity for these shares, which will rank pari passu with existing ordinaryshares, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and totrading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities.
