Northern 3 VCT PLC22 February 2008 22 FEBRUARY 2008 NORTHERN 3 VCT PLC DIVIDEND DECLARATION Northern 3 VCT PLC announces that a third interim dividend of 2.0p per share inrespect of the extended 18 month accounting period ending on 31 March 2008 willbe paid on 28 March 2008 to shareholders on the register on 7 March 2008. This takes the total of interim dividends declared in respect of the 18 monthperiod to 6.0p per share. The third interim dividend replaces the finaldividend for the period which would normally have been proposed for payment inJuly 2008 subject to shareholders' approval at the annual general meeting, andaccordingly the directors do not now expect to propose a final dividend. Following the change in financial year end, it is expected that an interimdividend in respect of the year ending 31 March 2009 will be paid in January2009 with a final dividend being paid in July 2009.
