Director's Dealing

The Company was informed on 25 February 2015 that Mr. Steve Roberts, Executive Chairman of the Company, became beneficially interested in 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the acquisition of 25,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 46.3p by MCF Pension Scheme, of which Mr. Roberts is one of the beneficiaries (the "Acquisition"). The Acquisition represents 0.14 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.

Excluding the Acquisition, Mr. Roberts is interested in, in aggregate, 753,300 Ordinary Shares representing 4.26 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
