The Company was informed on 02 September 2016 that Tom Hayes, Finance Director of the Company, acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a price of 45p per Ordinary Share (the "Share Purchase"). Following the Share Purchase, Mr. Hayes is beneficially interested in 70,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the Company's currently issued share capital.
